Architecture
In the context of an application V1, or in the context of a new version, I can design an architecture, do an impact analysis, estimate the development load, write architecture documents or participate in the technical part of a response to a call for tenders.
Application auditing
I can carry out an application audit, whether at the organizational and/or technical level.
The audit lasts approximately three weeks and requires the involvement of the team to participate in interviews. The result of the audit will be a short/medium/long term action plan
Application bootstrapping
It is sometimes difficult to start a project in good conditions. The idea here is that I can be part of a small team of experts, who will start the project, which allows an initialization in good quality conditions. Once the first turns of the wheels are done, the team of experts hands over to a more junior team who can then use the developments already made as good practices

- Audit on the methodology for assessing charges due to a change in specification
- Technological, documentary and organizational audit for a SAFe project for the French electricity supplier
- Establishment of a technological monitoring unit on LowCode/NoCode technologies

Within the group’s industrial management, I had the following responsibilities:
- Piloting a project seeking to measure the productivity gain from using LowCode/NoCode technology (OutSystems/Mendix) (gain of a factor of 5 on development time, which led to the signing of a partnership with OutSystems)
- Technological intelligence on quantum computing
- Assistance in defining architecture and architecture review for a SopraSteria banking product (now on Cloud technology) (the architecture is finished, and the project is in the development phase)
- Steering the Solution Architecture Team of the i-Police project (Project built according to the SAFe methodology for the Belgian federal police, with a budget of around 200 million euros over 5 years) (first entry into production in December 2023)
